From what you say, you may be at too high an elevation to see these. Many of our recent photos are taken from low elevation sights in the columbia gorge. Most of our previous pictures were taken at higher elevations. The newer photos are of flowers we’re not used to seeing much either. Star flowers are apparently fairly common at lower elevations all over the U.S.
